+How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free to the USA, no matter how big or small your item is.
+Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are unable to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple check your items, quantities and shipping info before hitting submit.

+Why isn't my order going through?
First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out, or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can change the quantity to 0 to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information or CVV number on the back of your card does not match the billing address that your bank or card holder has on file.

+What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that your send your order number and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control and prevent the same situation in the future. Please contact us within 14 days of the purchase of your order.

+When will my items be shipped?
As much as we would love for you to get your orders the next day, that’s just not possible. Most items ship within 5 buisness days but please allow up to 14 buisness days for your purchase to ship. Thank you so much for understanding! Once your package is on it’s way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included. You should receive your item 5 to 7 business days from shipment.

+Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, because we offer a daily deal we do not offer returns. You can always save it for a gift for someone else if you've changed your mind. If there is a problem with your order, let us know ASAP so that we can make things right. We'll make sure you receive a replacement or exchange if the item is received damaged. +How do I get a discount or a promotion code?
We do not currently offer any discounts or promotional codes. We try to offer our customers an amazing price on our products without the use of discounts or promotional codes.
